What we do
Cavendish Construction Ltd was established in 2008 and specialises in large scale repairs (incl. legal / contentious), ombudsman cases, void refurbishments, Better Homes, retrofit projects (PAS2030 accredited), disabled adaptation works, fire risk assessment works (BM TRADA accredited) and mould / damp management works.

Cavendish has a large, approved workforce, comprising an experienced management team and over a hundred operatives including skilled specialists from all trades as well as supervisors, mechanical and electrical engineers, and a Health & Safety manager, most of whom have worked with us for many years. Our excellent management system (ISO9001) allows us to deliver challenging projects on time, to budget, and to the highest professional standards.

Founded in 2008 Cavendish has grown consistently based mainly on repeat-business and recommendations, due to our excellent performance, and our straight-forward and collaborative approach to dealing with our clients, partners, residents, and other contractors. Our management decided to not strive for constant growth but to ensure we continue to provide an excellent service to residents and clients using our trusted workforce. Therefore, we are selective as to which contracts we accept.
